Fisher Price Kick n Play Gym

I love the Fisher Price Kick and Play Gym!! I got it off of someone from Craigslist and from the moment Liam tried it out he LOVED it.

What I Like About it: It's small. Easy to move. It's interactive. The toys are hung low, so unlike other play gyms the baby can reach things as soon as the baby starts to swipe at stuff. It has a mirror. It easily folds up so can be used in travelling. My kid LOVES it.

What I'd change: I would make the toys a big softer. They're hard plastic so my baby will frequently bonk himself on the face with them as he waves them around like they're the best thing he's ever seen. Lucky for the both of us, he thinks it's hysterical when they hit him on the face. AND they're not high enough that they hit his face with any force, so it's really a picky point.

Is it worth it?
Yeah it's worth the money. It's worth it when...
your baby is tiny and just starting to reach out.
your baby is doing tummy time; flip the toys bar flat onto the floor and let baby play with them.
when your 3/4 month old is starting to kick and learn the cause/effect relationships of kicking=sounds! Cool!
your 4-6 month old is rolling and can roll onto his side and reach up  more.
your baby starts to creep-- put him facing the piano and watch him move towards it.
baby is starting to sit up-- flip up the piano and it's a seated toy
